Independent Investment Banker Representative (IIBR)

New Century Capital Partners (NCCP) is a registered broker-dealer and is a member of FINRA and SIPC in excellent standing and supports Independent Investment Banker Representatives (IIBRs) across the United States.

We provide a framework for IIBRs to conduct investment banking advisory activities in an efficient and compliant manner, so you can focus on winning and closing new corporate finance business.

As an IIBR, if you need additional involvement from NCCP, we have a mentorship program to provide guidance and expertise in all aspects of investment banking transactions.

Qualified IIBR applicants will have a proven track record in raising capital, providing M&A advisory services to those buying or selling businesses and/or providing strategic advice to businesses.  IIBRs must remain active in conducting advisory and/or brokerage activities and demonstrate a commitment to strict compliance with all regulatory rules and securities laws.  Prior to working with clients, all IIBRs with NCCP must obtain and maintain, in good standing, all required FINRA licenses for their contemplated activities.  All NCCP personnel have all required FINRA licenses relevant to their respective roles within the firm.
